Giveaway Terms of Service

1. Eligibility:

  • Our Contest (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the US, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of TUXEDO and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
     

2. Entry Period:

  • The Giveaway begins on Jan 25, 2024 and ends on Feb 7, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period").
     

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter, participants must register through our Giveaway form, "Complete the online entry form at https://www.tuxedoride.com/tuxedo-giveaway2024 "]

  • Only one entry per person is allowed.

  • Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.
     

4. Winner Selection:

  • One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be announced on the following day via our pages on Facebook, Instagram, and X platforms.

  • The winner will also be contacted via email or direct message to the contact information provided during entry.
     

5. Prize:

  • The winner will receive a one-way transfer between Orlando Airport MCO and any city of Orlando address (including Disney Resorts and Universal Studios Resorts) in a late model Cadillac Escalade, provided by TUXEDO Executive Limousine and Car Service.

  • The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

  • Redemption period is limited to a 1-year window starting from the date of announcing the winner. Trip needs to be reserved a week in advance and must be completed before the end of the redemption period. 

  • The following dates are not available for booking with this giveaway: Dec 24-25 2024 and Dec 31 2024 - Jan 1, 2025. Please plan your redemption accordingly, taking into consideration these blackout dates.
     

6. Claiming the Prize:

  • The winner must respond within 30 days of notification.

  • Failure to claim the prize within the specified time will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
     

7. Publicity:

  • By entering the Giveaway, participants grant TUXEDO the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
     

8. Privacy:

  • Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and contacting the winner.

  • TUXEDO will not share or sell participant information with third parties.
     

9. General Conditions:

  • TUXEDO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these service terms or attempts to tamper with the Giveaway process.

  • TUXEDO reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason.
     

10. Agreement to Official Rules: - By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these service terms and the decisions of TUXEDO, which are final and binding.
